Integrative Counselling

We all need help at times to navigate life’s difficulties and it’s often easier to talk to someone separate from our lives, who can listen in confidence and without judgement to our problems. Working with a trained therapist can provide an opportunity to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe and fully supported way.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and allow for safe and compassionate exploration of whatever you choose to talk about.

Integrative counsellors believe that no one therapeutic approach suits all clients in every situation. We are all unique and so therapy should be tailored to you and your situation. Integrative therapists draw from a range of approaches which can help you to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, explore how your past may be affecting your present and enable you to access your inner resources.
Counselling can help with many concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, loss, relationship difficulties, low confidence and self-esteem, identity issues, anger, trauma and self-harm.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes and allow for safe and compassionate exploration of whatever you choose to talk about.
